Modular structure (principle of "access levels")
The knowledgebase has a modular structure based on target groups. These target groups are represented by the following levels:
- Level 1: Interested parties
Access for anyone interested in the products.
- Level 2: System operators
Access for electricians, system designers/planners and facility managers.
- Level 3: Commissioning engineers
Access for system partners and other system commissioning engineers.
- Level 4: Service support staff
Access for internal service technicians and complaints handling staff.
Product group and level matrix
All users have their own personal product group/level matrix. Every user is assigned a level per product group – the better the user is trained, the higher his level will be for the corresponding product group.
How are the levels assigned?
Right after registration you will have access level 1 for all product groups. Afterwards, we will process your registration and set up your personal access level per product group. As soon as this is done you will receive an e-mail containing the information on your access levels.
